So you've decided to take the plunge and start a website and gain access to customers nationwide.
This is an exciting time with big rewards, but also likely feels like a daunting task with lots to learn and even more to figure out. This is where we come in and make the whole process super easy for you. We have been successfully selling products online for almost a decade and have ran into many situations that we had to figure out and learn. Now with the knowledge we have gained, we can apply our skillset and help alleviate most of the headache and growing pains for you and get you up and running smoothly, bypassing all of the mistakes commonly made so you can begin making sales online immediately, effectively and profitably. We have set this demo store up to look as close to what your site would look and feel like minus your branding of course, and a few extra areas such as this "How It Works" section.
You may be wondering, what's the catch?
There really isn't any. There is one time charge to set up your website and our service is not subscription based, the website we set up will be entirely yours. You purchase the Shopify account, give us your log in credentials and we will go in, upload 700+ cornhole board products with mock-up designs that we offer, categorized into themes for easy location and navigation around your site built right into the top navigation bar. We will also lightly brand your homepage, build out an Upload Center for your customers to upload approved mock ups you sent so they can check out directly on your site. After we are done, you can easily add new products to your website yourself, add new categories and edit anything we have done. You can easily capture payments quickly and securely, as well as schedule payouts directly to your bank
What's Included?
Let's start out at the top, quite literally actually.
Header
- We will color match your header and add your logo if you have one in the upper left hand corner of your new site.
Navigation Bar
-We will build out the top navigation bar with a "Home" button to easily take your customers back to your home page.
- Cornhole board section with all of the categories you see on this demo site so that your customers can quickly and easily find themed designs that they are looking for.
- An Upload Center of your own where your your customers can easily upload approved artwork you have sent them mock ups for. They can upload the picture of the design mock-up you sent them for approval, add it to their cart and checkout. You will get a picture of the the image they uploaded so you can connect their custom design visually with their order. (we also set it up so they are required to also verbally describe it to save on any confusion and add in built in redundancy) The customer pays up front for their entire order, so you no longer have to worry about getting a deposit, being paid the balance or not getting paid at all for their order. This also helps streamline your invoicing process and saves you time so you can do more in less time. The customer is also required to click a checkbox acknowledging that "by uploading their custom order they agree to all aspects of the design, including but not limited to; spelling, punctuation, colors and placement of the artwork. Due to this being a custom order, they also agree that once the image is uploaded, processed and printed, refunds will not be available." By having them do this, this alleviates the part of liability for missed errors and gives you a leg to stand on if an error occurs that you, your customer and the designer missed. -Contact button so that your customers can easily send you a message directly from your website. Your email address will not show to them unless you want it to. This can be controlled in the backend of your website under preferences.
-Users can also create an Account on your website so you can easily reach out to them for promotions, sales, updates, new items, email marketing, mark customers for discounts and much more.
-Search function so customers can easily search your website for keywords used in your titles and tags so they can narrow their search down to what they're looking for quick.
Shop Home Page Image
This is the main image shown predominantly at the top of your website. you can add multiple images to create a slide show and easily toggle them on and off and control the time between slides.
-We will design an eye appealing main image for your website to set the tone and feel of your site for you and your customers. We will create one image with your provided logo artwork if you like and allow up to 2 revisions here. (this does not include us designing a logo if you don't have one)
Collections
Collections are categories of products you sell.
-We will build out the cornhole board collection for you with over 700 mock-up designs we offer. If you get graphics somewhere else, you can also add their mock-up designs as well after we are done, that way you can get your artwork anywhere you want. (we can only add the mock-up artwork we can supply but you can easily "duplicate" our item on the backend of the website, swap out the mock-up picture and change the item title to make a new product.) Our cornhole board build out will include the description, mock-up pictures, your price you want to sell your cornhole boards for and bag options. You tell us the price you want to sell your boards for and we will set it for you on the initial start up and give you the tools in the self help section to change it in the future. We can also apply shipping charges if you wish to add shipping costs to your customer, giving you the flexibility of the up front price appearance on your site. We have used our mock-up picture to showcase the design only and not the framing system. This way you are free to build your boards the way you always have and your customers have become accustomed to. You are free to use our description, or you can edit it or write your own from scratch. Once we are working on your site, simply email us exactly what you want for your description and we will apply it to the cornhole boards. We will also add the color variations for the different color bags. You can use ours, our you can give us a list of your own. There is a limit of 27 colors. - You can add your own collections for other items that you may sell as well once we are finished and sell them directly through your new site as well. These "collections" can be used to sell anything you like such as apparel, wall decor, cnc carvings or anything else you currently make or want to make in the future, giving you the room to expand your website to whatever size you grow into. Since we have already made out collections and products, you can easily look at how we set the items up on the backend and compare how it shows on the front end to your customers based off where we put information. This makes adding your own items extremely easy as you can use our backend product set up as your cheat sheet.
-You can easily customize your your home page with a robust list of sections, including blog posts, featured collections to showcase your favorite items. Gallery, images with texts, action buttons to bring your customers directly where you want them to look. Slideshows, imbedded movies, customer testimonials and a slew of other items to select from to add to your homepage to continue tailoring your website to the precise way you want it after we hand it back to you.
-Footer color matched to your website where we can put links to your social media outlets so your customers can easily connect to you on your social media platforms
Integrations
So you're all set up with your new site, it's looking great and you have products available for sale, but there's still some very key things that need to happen. Let's talk about collecting payments and most importantly, getting paid!
-Your site will come with a free SSL with bank level encryption. This is what makes it possible for you to safely and securely accept all major credit card payments. This makes it easy, secure and effective for your customers to pay you for your products.
-You can also link your existing merchant accounts including Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay and many others merchant accounts effortlessly with your website so you can accept payments with platforms you currently use. (for liability reasons, we can not do this for you but will have it in our self help section that can be located HERE.)
-With ShopifyPay you can let your customers pay for orders with with Shop Pay instalments by Affirm, through Shop Pay
-With Shopify, they make it easy with their point of sale app or POS hardware (sold separately) to quickly and easily capture the sale in a professional seamless fashion. This is great for setting up at craft and vendor shows.
-Easily and effortlessly integrate with our third party shipping provider giving you the same great rates we get to ship our products. With using them over the last 2 years and shipping 1,000's of items with them we can attest to their ease of use, low rates and dependability. When a customer checks out, the data they put in on checkout will automatically generate a pre-filled shipping label with their shipping information as well as email them tracking information. Just input your box size and weight and click print. You can also set up box size and weights of items that you ship regularly as a template to quickly choose an the correct package for your item. If you choose to take it a step further, you can automate this portion and set up rules and it will automatically assign a predetermined package size and weight based off your exceptions. You can access UPS, USPS, DHL, Canada Post, and many other carriers with deeply discounted rates and ship like a boss. If you have existing accounts with these carriers you can also link them to the platform if you wish including FedEx.
Getting Paid
So you've captured payments and made shipping labels easily with the seamless integrations, but getting paid is pretty important too right?
-With Shopify managed payments, your credit card payments will accumulate in your online account and once linked to your bank account, you can deposit these funds directly to your bank account (for liability reasons we can not do this and recommend setting this up after we build out your site. Learn how to do that in our Self Help section HERE) You can schedule deposits, daily weekly or monthly. You choose what fits your needs best. Your other merchant account deposits, such as Paypal, will be deposited based off your preferences set up in those accounts.

We want to make this as easy as possible for you, both technology based and also logistically feasible for you to sell easily, effectively and profitably . We've removed a lot of the road blocks many people have come across when considering a website and shipping nation wide so we give you some extra goodies to make it all that more attainable.
-Connect with our custom box manufactures to getting the shipping supplies you need, at competitive rates for all of your packaging needs. From custom sized boxes, standard sized boxes, packing tape, corner protectors, foam rolls, bubble wrap, kraft paper you name it. If you want your logo printed on a custom sized box you need for a specific product, they can do it. They currently work with some of the largest manufacturers in the world including Millscraft and Husqvarna to name a few.
-Connect with our preferred bag provider to provide and dropship corn filled bags, resin filled bags and resin filled stick and slick bags directly to your customers so you don't have to make, stock and ship the bags yourself. They also offer multiple color options and builder accounts for discounted rates.
-With our third party shipping provider you will up to 62% off UPS rates and up to 90% off USPS rates and it will integrate directly to your site and pull your orders in for you to print shipping labels.
-Direct access to our design team for custom orders your customers need. With your own upload center, you can easily have your customer pay for your approved mock up designs from our design team or any other design team you may use
What's In Store for the future?
We're Pretty excited about this and imagine you will be too. As we continue to grow, we want you to grow along with us. As we begin production on new products we are going to make them easily available for you to sell as well. These will be optional add-ons available for purchase and built directly into your cornhole board products as dropdown, selectable items directly on your cornhole board product pages to increase your overall end consumer purchase price and make you more revenue with less work. We would need your log in credentials again and build these add-ons out for you.
-Photo Package add-ons. As we create new designs and upload them to our site, we will continue to create photo packages that contain the new designs we have available. We will have these photo package available for purchase and once purchased, we will upload these items directly to your website for you so your product line continues to grow.
-Custom Icon Packages to choose from to enhance the visual impact of your website
-Variation add-on packages for scoreboards, board carry bags, and lights once they are released and in production with builder pricing available.
-Dropship and fulfilment. We will go in and build out other areas of your site with products we currently offer at a discounted rate to you and you can sell them directly on your site without ever needing to touch a physical product, stock any inventory, put any money on the line or make any designs and still make a couple bucks. This would include our laserable items such as laser engraved tumblers, Richardson leather patch hats, and cutting boards. We would set this up so that you get an email of the order and capture the payment, we would be set up as the fulfilment vendor which would generate an order email on our end and we would produce the item and ship it to directly to your customer. It's an easy way for you to add a little extra to your bottom line at the end of the year with little to no work involved.
What We Need From You To Get Started
So you're on board and want to start selling online, nationwide with your new website. There's a couple things we need from you in order to get started
-Purchase and choose a domain name. This will be your website name. Getting something that is easy to remember and unique is key. Most people use their business name. You can get that HERE
-Purchase a Shopify Store and do the onboarding. Then email us your log in credentials so we can get to work. You can change these after we are done if you would like. You can Purchase one HERE
-URL links to your social media so we can connect your customers to your social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumbler, Snapchat, Youtube and Vimoe
-Once you get your account set up we will need your log in credentials so we can get to work for you on your new website.
-Any of your branding you currently have including logo files you currently have.
-What prices you want to sell your cornhole boards at, what shipping cost you want to charge, if any and what bag color options you will want to sell
